FOUNDER

Romeo is a fractional executive, demand generation / revenue marketing consultant, and strategic advisor. Through Enso Strategy Consulting, he has supported companies like Atlassian, BetterUp, Clarizen, Trellix, and Visa, as well as leadership teams across industries and company sizes.
 

He brings 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, wellness, cybersecurity, data privacy, and collaborative tech. His strength lies in translating high-level strategy into actionable growth — from investor readiness and campaign orchestration to marketing infrastructure and operational planning.

Beyond corporate clients, Romeo has supported nonprofit and mission-based organizations with strategic marketing and membership growth initiatives that honor their values and strengthen long-term engagement.
